Vice President of Development
At LandTek, Mo has managed the entitlement, design, construction, and merchant builder compliance of several master planned communities and infrastructure construction projects. His experience as a draftsman, extensive knowledge of practically every type of engineering and construction, and sensitivity to detail and execution has ensured the quality and integrity of these highly visible projects. Additionally, his experience with project feasibility, master design elements, large construction budgets and detailed scheduling has enabled LandTek to anticipate project requirements and translate those into dependable forecasts of development and expenses. Mo studied both Civil and Electrical Engineering at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and serves on the Board of Directors for the Make-a-Wish Foundation of Southern Nevada.
Controller
Responsible for the financial reporting of LandTek and manages LandTek’s project accounting and disbursement services. Harold also works directly with the Construction and Program Management Teams in forecasting and tracking development funds and expenditures. Harold is a Certified Public Accountant. He comes to LandTek with over 25 years of experience in the construction industry having worked for such notable General Contractors as Acme Electric, Wells Cargo, Stewart and Sundell Concrete and with several land developers/home builders in Houston, Texas such as General Homes and The Johnson Corporation. Harold has served on the Board of Directors for the Las Vegas Chapter of Credit Managers Association of Southern California and on the Board and as President of the Construction Financial Managers Association, Las Vegas Chapter.
