Program Management Team

Vice President of Development
At LandTek, Mo has managed the entitlement, design, construction, and merchant builder compliance of several master planned communities and infrastructure construction projects. His experience as a draftsman, extensive knowledge of practically every type of engineering and construction, and sensitivity to detail and execution has ensured the quality and integrity of these highly visible projects. Additionally, his experience with project feasibility, master design elements, large construction budgets and detailed scheduling has enabled LandTek to anticipate project requirements and translate those into dependable forecasts of development and expenses. Mo studied both Civil and Electrical Engineering at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and serves on the Board of Directors for the Make-a-Wish Foundation of Southern Nevada.

Director / Program Management
Responsible for overseeing the development of several master planned communities including Providence, a 1,200 acre master planned community, Mountain’s Edge, a 3000 acre master planned community and Pahrump, a 900 acre master planned community, Dave works closely with the engineers, architects and other consultants to ensure project designs meet developers’ needs while satisfying all federal, state, and local regulatory requirements. His past experience in survey and engineering has helped him successfully manage the construction of major infrastructure projects involving sewer, water, drainage, roadways, and more. Dave studied Business Administration at the University of Nevada Las Vegas, and serves on the Board of Director for Spread the Word Nevada: Kids to Kids Charity of Southern Nevada.

Steve holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology. Steve performs detailed constructability reviews of each plan set to assure conformance with general construction practices, efficiency of design, coordination with other improvement plan packages, and adherence to project budgets. He reviews project budgets and schedules daily to assure critical path items are meeting target delivery dates. Steve’s previous work includes engineering design of roadway and bridge public works projects, large diameter water transmission lines, storm drain collections systems, and several commercial retail and office projects.
