Construction Management Team

Vice President of Development
At LandTek, Mo has managed the entitlement, design, construction, and merchant builder compliance of several master planned communities and infrastructure construction projects. His experience as a draftsman, extensive knowledge of practically every type of engineering and construction, and sensitivity to detail and execution has ensured the quality and integrity of these highly visible projects. Additionally, his experience with project feasibility, master design elements, large construction budgets and detailed scheduling has enabled LandTek to anticipate project requirements and translate those into dependable forecasts of development and expenses. Mo studied both Civil and Electrical Engineering at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and serves on the Board of Directors for the Make-a-Wish Foundation of Southern Nevada.

Director / Construction Management and Utilities
Ted is responsible for all Construction Management activities and dry utility coordination at LandTek. He has over 28 years of experience in the design, construction, project and construction management fields, with 26 of those years at Nevada Power Company. While at Nevada Power Company, Ted held the positions of Project Manager for the Crystal Transmission Project, Director of Project Management and Director of New Business. At LandTek, Ted is responsible for management of all construction activities from inception through project closeout. Ted also oversees the dry utility planning, design and construction management services for all LandTek projects. He also reviews and monitors all dry utility contracts, bond requests and renewals, contract obligations, utility refunds and contract close-outs. Ted studied Electrical Engineering at the University of Wyoming.

With over 17 years of construction experience, Steve is well-qualified to manage the construction of master plan infrastructure for LandTek. Steve works closely with engineers, contractors, and suppliers to value engineer and evaluate constructability of plans resulting in high quality output for our clients.

Drawing on more than eight years of land development experience, Russ oversees the construction of master plan infrastructure for LandTek, including value engineering plans, contracting, and supervising construction necessary to turn finished projects over to government agencies and/or owners. Currently Russ is working on Inspirada, a 1953 acre mixed use master planned community.

As a City of North Las Vegas inspector, Jeremy was responsible for inspection of new construction including storm drain facilities, utility installations, and roadways. Now at LandTek, Jeremy has applied his experience to one of the largest master planned communities in Southern Nevada to ensure that all major infrastructures meet code requirements while still maintaining developer design guidelines. Jeremy is an ACIA Registered Construction Inspector, ACI Field Technician Grade 1 and also holds certificates in Troxler Nuclear Testing Equipment and IMSA Work Zone Safety.
