R-36 RESERVOIR
Henderson, Nevada
The R-36 Reservoir is a 3.5 million gallon above ground pre-stressed concrete tank. The tank was a collaborative design build in coordination with Stanly Engineering and DYK. The tank floor elevation is 2,740.83 ft, the high water level is 2,760 ft, and it is built on an 8.35 acre site. The tank was completed in 2007.
3205 – 3090 Pumping Station
Las Vegas, Nevada
LandTek performed program Management services for the design, material purchase, scheduling, and acceleration of a permanent pumping station on Alpine Ridge Way and Elkhorn Road in the City of Las Vegas for the 3090 and 3205 water pressure zones. The project was completed in 2006.
3205 Zone North Interim Reservoir
Las Vegas, NV
LandTek performed both program and construction management for an above ground 5 million gallon water reservoir that now services the 3205 water pressure zone in the City of Las Vegas. The design and construction included 4,500 linear feet of 24” pipeline, an earthen berm for flood protection, and an access road. Construction was completed in February 2006.
3090 & 3205 Water Transmission Mains

This scope included the program and construction management of over 5 miles of 30” and 36” water pipeline and all associated appurtenances within the City of Las Vegas. LandTek managed the budgeting, design, bidding, material acquisition, construction, and turnover for all facilities. Construction was completed in 2006.
2975 Reservoir
Las Vegas, Nevada
LandTek performed program management services for the design, scheduling, and acceleration of a permanent 27 million gallon water reservoir that now services the 2975 water pressure zone. The project was completed in 2006.
