
Sanitary Sewer Facilities
LandTek has managed over $20 million in sanitary sewer improvements including construction of a lift station in the south Las Vegas Valley that will ultimately serve over 20,000 residences.
Lift Station
This 5.8 million dollar project included nearly a mile of 18” force main. The 10 million gallons per day (MGD) waste water lift station was substantially complete in 2005 and has the ability to serve over 20,000 homes.

St. Rose Parkway Sewer
This facility provides sanitary sewer service to developments in Anthem, Inspirada, and will provide service to future developments south of St. Rose Parkway in Henderson, Nevada. The total length of the sewer is 18,584 linear feet of 30” - 48” pipe, with 13 manholes, and 3 jack and bores all within a narrow NDOT right of way and ranging from 8’ to 25’ deep. Four 12” pumps were required for bypass in order to connect to the live sewer line.
