As part of our agreements with various city and county agencies, LandTek has managed over $80 million in street improvement contracts and managed the construction of over 45 miles of streets. Roadway improvements have included paving, curb, gutter, sidewalks, streetlights and traffic signals.

Clark County, Nevada
This project consists on over 2.4 miles of full street and half street improvements on Buffalo Drive in Clark County, Nevada from Starr Road to Blue Diamond. Work included rough grade, storm drain, curb and gutter, bus turnouts, medians, and asphalt paving. Project was complete in 2006.

Hualapai Roadway & Streetscape
Las Vegas, Nevada
LandTek managed the construction of 1.5 miles of improvements on Hualapai Way from the Western Beltway to Grand Teton Drive. This project involved rough grade, storm drain, curb and gutter, bus turnouts, medians and asphalt paving. Project was complete in 2006.

Nearly 2 miles and over $2.1 million of roadway infrastructure are included within Village 1 improvements. Streets include Via Firenze, Via Seranova, Via Como, Del Terra, Via Festiva and Jevonda. Construction completed in 2007.
