Solista Park
Henderson, Nevada
Solista Park, a 5.29 acre park, includes an outdoor amphitheater, two swimming pools, bocce ball courts, picnic areas, playgrounds, a community center, and commercial retail space. Of the $6.6 million it cost to construct the park with all amenities, LandTek managed $2.4 million. The park was completed in 2007.

Las Vegas, Nevada
This promenade within the Providence Master Planned Community includes grading, irrigation, flatwork, landscaping, hardscape, and recreational amenities for a 4.5 acre common element. The project is located on the Elkhorn Road alignment between Shaumber Road and Egan Crest Way and will be completed first quarter 2008.

At 80 acres, Exploration Park encompasses Exploration Peak at the Mountain’s Edge master planned community's main entrance, and features volleyball courts, horseshoe pits, picnic areas, an amphitheater, an Old West town play area, a water play area, and other attractions. The peak itself offers a series of hiking trails with views of the Las Vegas valley and required more than 5 acres of re-vegetation using native materials. Project was completed in 2007.
